Singtel 4G speedtest

Hi All,

Have anyone done a speedtest on the 4G network on your mobile phone, someone told me that even it display 4G on the phone, at the back ground it is still running 3G speed, if you did not upgrade your SIM card. It is really true?

So what is the typical speed of 4G network?
