Network Speaker or something similar

Hi,

I am looking for a solution to setup the following , but not sure how to ...

1) My songs are stored in my PC in the study room
mainly MP3 and FLAC
2) I would like to be able to play them in my bedroom
e.g. Network Speaker, DLNA system , wireless (if solution is good)
3) able to control playback using smart phone apps / tablet , e.g. graphical album art, proven to be able to display non-English language ( Chinese, Jap, etc)
4) thought of getting hi-fi system that supports network playback / DLNA, but did not, because of point 3

Any advise is most welcome, thanks in advance :)
