It says property of HDB and has a reading so I guess its some PUB meter. But what's the proper name for it?
Am asking because I notice my neighbour's has a cracked cover. Being kiasu and asking in advance in case my cover cracks also, then I know who to approach. Would it be HDB or Town Council?![:o]( "Embarrassment :o")
