Kept in a rubbery protection cover since being refurbished in late September 2012.
Screen Protector on both sides since day 1.
Box, Phone and charger only. No earpiece. No problem w home button or any of the buttons.
Physical condition: 9/10
*very small scratch on the bottom, cannot be seen if using a cover.
