DCS Card Centre (Former Diners Club Card Centre) has just launched the DCS Ultimate Platinum Card. Interestingly, the card has a China UnionPay logo which seems to suggest that it can be used at China UnionPay Cards Accepting merchants, which increase the ability to use this card as compared to DCS network which may be limited.
