1) Go to Featured and click on your email.
2) Click on the first option.
3) Change store to US. (Top of the list)
4) For billing info , minus one number from your postal code , Handphone number change from +65 to 067

PS: They will install a profile on your iPhone , or Andriod device. But it is just to keep track of your UDID so that they know where to credit your credits.
