Assuming you have no kids and all your debts are paid off. $1.5mil with a 4% pa dividend is $60k, which works out to be $5k per month. Actually quite attainable ah… if you dont have kids that suck off your money while u accrue interest over the years. Good news for BBFAs.
Work to hit $1.5 mil then move overseas cos inflation here would be insane by then. New life goal.

Edit: most people would have gotten inheritance or existing homes from parents which can be used to offset the housing...
