[need help] cheapest winmo phone..

hi all,

my 11yr old son wants a smartphone, and i reckon android might be too complicated for him, me = apple fanboy, so no idea for winmo phones.

can any kind soul recommend me cheapest winmo phones that can do a bit of youtube, video, facebook, take pics, etc...
