MyRepublic any good?

Am considering getting a 10gbps plan and the only reason why im considering MR is they use ONT instead of ONR.

Any current or former MR users can share experiences? How’s the speed like (based on 1 gbps plan)? Frequency of downtime? Quality of customer service? TIA!
