[HELP] Problems with USB3 and Ovation enclosure

I have issues detecting an external HDD through USB3.

External HDDs
"Ovation HDD" Ovation USB3 enclosure (with Intel 520 SSD ... for now)
"WD HDD" Western Digital USB2 external HDD

Motherboard
Asus P9X79 PRO

The Situation
Ovation HDD + USB2 port = works
Ovation HDD + USB3 port = fails (not detected at all)
WD HDD + USB2 port = works
WD HDD + USB3 port = works

Any ideas would be great :s11:
