[GRGT] Are all Condos so toxic?

Most regrettable purchase. Many of the reviews here are unfortunately true. The condo is too heavily regulated. The MCs, MAs and the security guards are kings and loveeeeee passing new by-laws. The common residents are second-class citizens. I have never felt more unwelcome and have to continuously watch out for new rules passed by the MAs.
