My friend sot sot already is it?

I was scrolling through my Twitter timeline, then I decided to click and see more of one of my friend's profile.

I click already I see my friend talking to this person. Example my friend name is John, then he talking to John_____.

Keep on saying things like "stay positive", "you are so nice". So I clicked and see the John_____'s profile.

ONLY ONE FOLLOWER AND ONE FOLLOWING, PRIVATE ACCOUNT!
So I suspect my friend is talking to himself.

How ah? How to find excuse to bring my friend to IMH? Ask my friend take bus 43 alight where? Should I accompany my friend?
