Need help in video conveter! HELP

Good morning everyone.

Currently im using total video converter, but nowdays when i converting videos(RMVB) to mpeg4, the converting will stop at 99% and hang. Anyone face this problem too?

Do anyone also have a free video converter that can intro me?
