Help needed on Seagate external portable HDD

I have this seagate external portable HDD but when i plug into my PC it doesnt show the files. the usb detect something but the drive dont show up.

I take this HDD plug into my laptop and everything is working fail.

Anything i can do to make this HDD work on my pc please?
