Damn shocker la! The thing is.... The stated date of offense was 09 DEC 2012!!! ... ninniaohialupcheong!!! Almost 2 months ago!!! Say found my car parked at no parking zone, fine $120 minus 3 demerit points. Ask me provide driver's details!
