[HELP] Desktop beeps 3 times and unable to boot up

Hi guys,

Recently my computer totally cant boot up at all... when i press the power button, it beeps 3 times and does not even boot up...

It beeps 1 sec for the first beep and then beep beep in 0.5 secs for the second and third beep..

Any gurus out there able to help identify the problem?
