someone suggest me good idea to not angry to siao bimbo

My office recently got one bimbo joint the team. Then on and off she keep sending email to blame people this n that.
Sometimes read liao sibeh frustrated. But then cannot totally ignore. Have to reply gentlely.
Anyone experience this and how u guys handle?
