Singtel Fibre Broadband

Hi all, i like to seek opinion here . Is it true that more and more household upgraded to fiber broadband ? Recently my internet broadband always get disconnected. In my opinion , i dun really need a high speed connection but now it seems to me that the tel phone line seems to be getting problematic. If he price is right, i may upgrade.
