I started adopting GPGT culture at work.
Example today my SAP spoil, I email the IT ppl with peekture. This way got evidence that my SAP really spoil and they got more information to help me trouble shoot :s13:

Then those ppl who never send me any peekture, i fux them upside down and ask them dont come to me no head no tail. Show me screenshot of the problem or take pictures of the equipment then I will help. :s13:
