I went british council to enroll free english lessons for moi wife... kena rejected... damm dulan...
Me not gian peng... just that the reason they give or policy makes me dulan....
Pple of have dependent pass can apply.... dependent pass are those who are family members of foreigners holding work pass...
But hor, my wife is ltvp.... spouse of sinkies got no dependent pass. All ltvp (or pr/citizen)... cannot apply.
Then those who got work pass (s pass, work permit etc..) can apply, my wife got the pre-approved LOC from mom cannot apply. Got the PLOC means dont need work permit...counted as pr/sinkie. Levy or headcount limit.....
Me lagi dulan... wife of ft (wife also ft) can apply, but wife of sinkie cannot?? It is like telling me my wife low class, the fts high class....
