Does this count as Ghey-cheating?

So one of my married friends told me that he paid another man to give him a massage and help him (with cap on) release using his mouth. He said no feelings were involved. He said no anal-penetration involved.

Is he a ghey or not?

I told him it is but he don’t believe me as he said he just paid for a service, and he had no romantic feeling towards that man.
