Note: No bashing.
I don't want to complain about what was mentioned in the statement
of my unfair dismissal.
In one of the clause it mentioned "Alleged" work injury which I am quite
concerned.
I always had these questions in my mind:
- Whether minor or serious work accident, coy especially boss must report right?
- If boss or reporting officer that you report to, he/she don't report than how?
Complain to HR? But if HR fail to push the person in charge to file than how?
- Is it wrong for injured employee to file him/herself?
The work accident I was involved in, was not self-inflicted and was caused by external party while working at a construction site even there was a witness.
Like road accident, someone bang your car sure you want to go after the party.
By cited it as alleged work injury I assume they will take action against me.
Anyone can enlighten me the above?
