Booking hotel rooms in Japan

Hello..

I have 2 quick question and would like to gather some insights from the members here..

Have any one stayed in M-1 Tokyo range of apartments?

Would it be recommended to book via Booking.com / expedia.com / trivago / agoda /etc?

Anyone had problems with them before in Japan?
