[GPGT] Venus Clams in Spicy Fermented Black Bean Sauce

Long time never cook tis liao. Saw some packs of clams and decided to grab and cook for dinner.

I had tis at Hing Kee Claypot Rice @ Temple Street in Hong Kong. So i tried to replicate it at home.
