how to quit online game？i addicted leh..how？

i come back work on computer,play till 1-2am go sleep tml work wake up 7.30am..very tired.

i weekend. piak whole day...
then still dream of finding tgame treasure...

how？then very angry when pvp lost to people. :crazy:help me quit
