Advice needed for first timer building rig

Hi all, this is my first time building a rig as my laptop's gfx died on me after 3 years. I've a budget of 2.3k including the rig itself, OS, monitor and speaker. I plan on overclocking the CPU so I would need a K series chip and Z77 mobo.

Oh ya, I would like to ask if Fortran is still providing service for rig assemble and delivery? Is his price competitive?
