Hi i need help here as im a first timer doing a DIY renewal of my hdb room rental to a tenant. The first year was done with a property agent and i thought i want to save some money and try to diy myself this time round.
Do i just need to go to HDB website and applied for the room rental renewal option?
Also where do i find and download,print a tenancy agreement? i googled a few pages and cant find a suitable one. most of them are samples and some with company letterhead.
