Problem with new rig.

Hi, just got my new rig yesterday.

1) Is it normal for the cpu to be noisy which playing games like DMC?
2) can i use two connections (hdmi and vga) to connect to the cpu from the monitor at the same time?
3) how do I check the temp of my gpu and cpu?
