It will come with the camera module and the camera-hole backplate included - meaning you can easily put back the camera and have a camera enabled 9900 if you desire!

Cosmetic: 8/10 (scratches on screen protector, once you change it you will have a good-as-new screen! Light marks on top right rubber, very minuscule. Scratches on battery cover.)
