Suggestion for light Photoshop use

Hi, will be using this setup for very light graphics applications.
no gaming.
some moderate surfing.

Nippon could post a suggestion?
I'd check this thread tonight.
Can leave out casing.
Thinking of keeping budget capped at 3XX without OS
If can squeeze in a internal card reader would be good.
