hi anyone knows what workouts to train inner thigh?i went to see a knee doctor because of my frequent knee pains and he told me my outer thigh is much stronger than my inner thighs, causing the knee cap to pull in a outward direction so I'll feel pain when I squat down or take stairs. he recommended me to train my inner thigh so as so balance it. I know there is sumo squats and that machine where you squeeze your thighs together. what other workouts are effective to hit the inner thighs? thanks!
