Hi, first, some background of intended chip and overclock.
-ivy bridge i5 3570k, hopefully reach 4.3GHz minimum (no aircon)
-casing Corsair 550D
-likely GSkill ripjaws-Z 1600MHz 8GBx4 CL9 ram (I'm setting up RAMdisk) cos it seems the cheapest reliable ram
In terms of compatibility with casing and ram height, what are reasonable HSFs I should consider? I've spent one week reading up but I could not conclude definitely yet, due to availability and price differences in Singapore.
My current choice is Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, change fan to 2 x GT (was told has 2x fan holder inside) for the value for money ratings and reasonable ease of installation. But Singapore markup seems high so there may be better choices.
