MOM needs to check out on certain HR policies
The first one is HR policy that penalises MC takers, eg. 3 or more MC a year = no salary increment and no promotion , what MOM can do is to encourage employees to whistle blow or to inform MOM of what happens
The second HR policy is the policy that allows employees to collect incentives if no MC is taken for the month.
This kind of HR policy needs to be penalised.
The third idea is MOM regulation is to let employees be entitled to more medical leave. 14 days is not enough to fight covid19.
The fourth idea is MOM regulation is to entitle employees to outpatient sick leave the moment they start work, not when they have worked in a company for three months or more
