Worth Jumping company just for money??

lets say u r looking for a promotion at yr current company and u r currently a manager but promotion is a minimum 1.5 years away

another company offers u a 20% increase in salary

but no estimates with regards to promotion and work is abit of a downgrade since you wont be managing anyone

will you all move or stay on??
