Windows Phone 8 Contact Issue

Hi all,

I have been using windows phone since the pre Nodo days.

There was a point of time in windows phone where there was this multiple contacts bugs issue(about 300 duplicates of single same contact created). I have recently done a clean up od my contacts in the people page on outlook.com and i realized that the contacts dun sync up with my phone. I tried many times to sync the account on my phone but it wasnt synced to the latest.

Any recommendation fix for this issue?
