Cheap Custom leather or canvas products?

Golden Mile hawker centre used to have a leather/canvas shop that helps to do all kind of simple prodoucts belt, pouch, bag and etc. But the uncle is not operating there anymore. His shop is facing the CC.

Does anyone know where has he shifted to?

Or is there any shop that help to do cheap leather products?

Not looking for atas leathersmith thou.
