When will a man kkj start to have no feeling, no marikita, no pew pew pew?

Like now whenever I urine and rubba a while will hard, then nx time reach a certain age still soft and soggy jin sad..

Whats the age does it normally start to become less responsive? beginning 30 or 40, 50, 60, 70 ? I need to be mentally prepared :(
