Those china drama or korean story, how did nobody author works get recognized n filmed in drama?

I watched some china n Korea drama
Some from novels
A lot of china drama now also seem to be from drama
I checked names I never watch but all from novels


just liked those songs some r made by nobody or unknown ppl, liked u and me

how did they get their work published? They posted their songs n novels online? But online no income isn’t it
Then how to ensure their copyrights etc leh
This is the part I don’t understand
