See like some young couples nowadays can own car, hdb 5-room, can pump out baby every other year... how they afford sia?

Then she jitao hold on the wheelchair.

Not sure why the wheelchair is moving?

I think is because:

1. The woman didn't lock her grandmother's wheelchair properly.

2. The ground wasn't entirely flat; it had a slight gentle slope.

Also not sure why she think is safe to hands-free.

Quite dangerous as there was heavy traffic, with big buses...
