北市一名糕餅店李姓老闆娘，前天搭乘捷運時，因不滿2位北一女學生未主動讓座，拍下照片，PO在臉書痛罵「這是誰家女兒該做雞吧」，引發家長會憤怒，
原本已委任律師周武榮下午告發李女涉嫌違反《個資法》、妨害名譽等罪，周武榮還在臉書PO出家長會的4點聲明。但因其中一名女學生的母親上午向家長會求援，指女兒為此事壓力很大，哭了一晚，還拿出美工刀，
家長會擔心女學生安危決定暫緩提告。據了解，被李女拍下在捷運上戴耳機滑手機的北一女學生，在遭李女PO往辱罵後，情緒相當激動，她的母親上午向家長會求救指出，女兒因此事壓力很大、很自責，哭了一晚，還拿出美工刀，讓家人相當擔心，家長會擔心女學生的安危，已通知律師周武榮暫緩提告。（法庭中心／台北報導）以下是周武榮臉書4點聲明內容：
一、針對李姓婦人，關於台北市第一女子高級中學（下稱：北一女）兩名學生，於捷運上因病痛在普通座上，未主動讓座，擅自於臉書上發送學生照片，發言「這是誰家女兒該作雞吧」、「穿北一女制服卻不給小朋友讓座真是可恥」！
二、該等言行恐已觸犯個人資料保護法及刑事妨害名譽罪責，並有損及北一女校譽，李姓婦人於發言後，非僅未誠心反省，竟仍託詞「作雞，是說雞孵蛋」等語，又提及未讓座是可恥，再觸犯妨害名譽罪！
三、案經北一女家長會，議請本所追究李姓婦人前揭不法行為，提出嚴正抗議並同時於先行告發後，待兩位學生及其家長，決定是否補正告訴！
四、本所擔任北一女法律顧問，爾後再有任何損及北一女及其學生之不法情事，定當依法追究民刑事責任，絕不再容忍寬貸！出版時間 11:25

[CUMMING SOON] Hong Kong reports first case of Zika virus
HONG KONG - Hong Kong confirmed its first case of Zika virus late Thursday (Aug 25) night, after a foreigner based in the city returned from the Caribbean showing symptoms of the virus.
The foreigner had travelled with two other family members to the Caribbean and stayed there from Aug 6 to 20, the Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health said. Authorities have not revealed her nationality and identity.
The CHP said the woman alleged she had been stung by a mosquito at the Caribbean, not in Hong Kong.
Symptoms surfaced last Saturday (Aug 20) in the 38-year-old when she felt sick with arthritis and redness in her eyes. She arrived in Hong Kong on Monday (Aug 22) and visited a doctor on Tuesday (Aug 23). This was followed by a blood test on Wednesday (Aug 24). Doctor confirmed on Thursday (Aug 25) she has been infected with the Zika virus. The patient is now isolated in a mosquito-free hospital.
The CHP said after the woman returned to Hong Kong, she has been to work at the Central district and travelled to the New Territories.
According to the World Health Organisation, people infected with Zika can have symptoms including mild fever, skin rash, conjunctivitis, muscle and joint pain, malaise or headache. These symptoms normally last for two to seven days.

MAS charges three for front-running shares

THE Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has charged two dealers in First State Investments Singapore (FSI) and a remisier with UOB Kay Hian in its first "front running" case of alleged insider trading.
The move also marks the second MAS-led criminal prosecution since the joint investigation by the regulator and the Commercial Affairs Department regime came into effect last year.
The three Singaporean individuals, FSI dealers Leong Chee Wai and Toh Chew Leong and UOB Kay Hian remisier E Seck Peng Simon, were charged with 115, 111 and 107 offences respectively under the Securities and Futures Act, which involved 49 Singapore-listed counters including Allgreen Properties, CapitaLand, City Developments, DBS Group and Keppel Corp. They also involved 51 counters listed abroad including in Australia, Taiwan, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
Under the first charge, Leong, 47, was charged with allegedly procuring Simon to purchase 548,000 and short sell 290,000 Allgreen shares between July 4, 2007, and Feb 21, 2008, through his personal trading account in UOB Kay Hian, based on price-sensitive inside information that Leong possessed on FSI's intended trades on the counter and before the fund manager had completed its intended order.
