Looking for a good/team of freelancer web designer (paid job)

Alright as stated in the topic.


My company is planning on developing a small scale social media website and is looking for a few good people or a single person who he/she thinks she's up to the task. This is a paid job. Which means you will be paid in stages till the final product is delivered. And maybe on a long term basis to run the website. Best thing is you get to work from home !

We have approached a few singapore website design companies but their replies are very slow.
