Anyone can explain to me why Singapore and Malaysia cai png got this weird split...
In Malaysia, people take the rice and dishes themselves, then go to counter and the staff count and say the price.
In Singapore, the seller take the rice and dishes for the customer then tell the customer how much it costs.
So which point in history cause this split? Is it because our ancestors last time very smart, know how to hide food under rice so in the end all the Singapore cai png become seller take for the customer? If not, why har?

Veteran Hong Kong actor Benz Hui to become a resident of Yishun
SINGAPORE - Veteran actor Benz Hui is a familiar face to fans of Hong Kong drama serials. But he will soon become a familiar face in real life for Yishun residents.
In a Facebook post on Sunday (Oct 21), Nee Soon GRC MP Lee Bee Wah posted a group photo with the Hong Kong actor, and said: "Guess which Hong Kong TVB star will be our resident soon?"
Ms Lee told The Straits Times that she was near Hui's home when she met him. The area is a private housing estate in Ms Lee's constituency.
"We are glad to have them in Singapore and in Yishun," said Ms Lee of Hui's family. She added that the Huis were very friendly during the meeting.
The news prompted some disbelief and excitement from netizens.
In a comment on the post, Facebook user Ivan Loh said: "Wow! Is this for real?"
Netizen Danny Chan said: "Omg!!! I grew up watching his drama!!!"

PC build advice and questions
Hi all!
As the title states, I am planning to build my first gaming/video and photo editing PC system and am looking for some advice on a few matters. The build I am planning to get is listed below:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Cooler: stock cooler because I don't plan on overclocking
Motherboard: ASrock - B450M PRO4
RAM: Team - Vulcan 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz
Storage: Samsung Evo 860 SSD 250GB + WD Blue 7200RPM HDD 1TB
GPU: EVGA GTX1070 SC Gaming ACX 3.0
Case: Tecware Nexus M
PSU: Seasonic 550W Focus Gold 80+ semi-modular
WiFi Card: Asus PCE-AC68 PCI-Express
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Origin wise I am probably going to get from Newegg or Amazon US during black friday sales. Except for the PSU, Case and OS, prolly getting from SLS or Lazada. Also I am aiming for 1440p 60Hz gaming, which is why I went for the GTX1070 (after reading reviews).
So I have a couple of questions regarding this build
1) Anyone has experience using the ASrock B450M PRO4 with the Team Vulcan 16GB DDR4-3000 before? The ASrock website didn't mention that this particular model is compatible.
I read mixed reviews on how some people couldn't get it to run at 3000MHz, only stuck at 2400MHz or something. If you managed to get it to work could you tell me if I need to meddle with some settings or does it work just out of the box?
2) A noob question but I also read that to reach 3000MHz on the RAM, some users had to "overclock the ram", or something like that. Does this mean that I need some additional cooling system if I want to use my RAM at 3000MHz or is it okay if the RAM is already designed to run at that speed?
3) Another noob question but anyone has had experience slotting in the PCI-E wifi card with this motherboard and case? What is your experience with it?
Hope you guys can help me as it is my first time building a PC... Kinda clueless about how some stuff work even after reading guides and stuff online.

Wanna buy a laptop from eBay us, is the charger compatible?
Saw a hp omen 15 on eBay going much cheaper than in SG, wanna buy it but my concern is that the charger is for the us plug, not sure if buying a $1.5 converter is enough as the very voltage is different. Do I need to buy a new charger etc?. Any help is appreciated!

Hui, 69, has appeared in various movies and drama serials since he started his acting career in the 1970s. Notable projects he has acted in include crime drama Line Walker alongside Raymond Lam and Charmaine Sheh, and the movie Love Undercover starring Miriam Yeung and Daniel Wu.
In an interview last year with Chinese evening daily Shin Min Daily News, Hui told the newspaper that he has homes in Hong Kong and Singapore. He said then that his family frequently flies between both cities, and they visit Singapore whenever they have the time.
He also said that he liked the local environment, and thought that it is a good place to retire.
According to Shin Min, Hui met his wife in Singapore while working here in the 1980s. The couple's daughter was born in Singapore before the family moved to Hong Kong.

Arsenal is the only in-form team at the moment in England right now, winning the last 10 consecutive matches in all competitions. Not even former boss Arsene Wenger could manage to achieve this consistent feat at the club throughout his whole career.
If only the team played seriously against Man City and win that opening day fixture, Arsenal would be top of the table right now. This brand new Gunners under Unai Emery is really a force to be reckon with. And if they can continue this amazing run, they might be able to finally end their 15-year wait for a genuine title come May instead of winning their annual "imaginary" fourth-place trophy under their ex-manager.
